was set in a unstained wood frame, it looked great.

12x16 board canvas and acrylics mixed in water. sold.

Wow !! Looks trully fantastic. I thought it was a foto. Very nic work, I love the textur and lighting. Not tomention all the details on theveins and muscles. Just fantastic. I'll +Fav it. Yes...definately. :clap:

The left hand looks like it's a tri-fingered claw.

Besides that, I dig the composition and the lack of identity. You should do a series of different types of portraits without faces. Defining the individual by their body type. It'd focus what you were trying to do with the body parts (muscles and bones) and fine-tune your hand in rendering uniqueness.

thats odd... and true. claw man. i actually know of a friend of the family who was born with just a finger and thumb on each hand. he was a great painter.

is that your way of telling me to get to muscles like waves? yeah, i like that idea. i will look into it. do you have any suggestions for reference?
