This is amazing! The only thing I see that is subtley wrong is the lips... they tend to slant upwards to the right (his left). But that's barely noticable. The hand isn't crap!

Love It. Eyes (as usual) have so much life in them. Only critique I have, and this is only if you are going for complete photo-realism to the photo, is that in your drawing the apex of the left cheek is slightly low. The picture shows it more between the upper lip and nose, whereas in your rendering its more near the lip crease. That is the only thing I see that is off. Otherwise beautiful. I wish I could find as much time to just draw as you do. Keep it up...

The face is amazingly drawn, the eyes, lips, eyebrows even that lil scar has got no flaw to me.. too bad for the ears and hands...but even tho...you can barely notice it. Great job well as always
